HONDA PILOT: Minor Model Change
GOAL: To redesign the center control panel as well as the Meter in the 2011 Honda Pilot while maintaining the same base button configuration. Design had to be done within a given timeline, and cost-constraint.
PROBLEMS TO FIX:
-overall usability concerns
-cluttered buttons
-difficult to read text due to scale and color contrasts
-weird green color
-dated styling
SUCCESS: Usability of center panel was increased by 40%. Design was overwhelmingly welcomed by evaluators, dealerships, and customers
OLD VERSION / NEW VERSION
HYDROGEN FUELING STATION
GOAL: Aid in the design of the physical hydrogen station, and design the interface to be displayed
BACKGROUND: Honda was designing a Hyrdogen Fuel Station to bring publicity to the fueling technology that would synchronize with the FCX Clarity Hydrogen vehicle
SUCCESS: We achieved the design on schedule with rave reviews.
